Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility Requirements

For your item to be eligible for return, it must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn or unused with all tags intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Detailed packaging and shipping instructions

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away at hello.fundamentals@gmail.com if you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged item
  • The wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty products, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you're unsure about your specific item's return eligibility, please contact us.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your current item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. We'll notify you of the refund approval status
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  3. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider
